Today/Tonight: Snow is expected to quickly develop across the region this morning. Snow may be heavy at times through the morning hours, with snowfall rates exceeding one inch per hour. Strong gusty southeast winds are expected throughout the day, gusting as high as 45 mph. Three to seven inches of snow is expected, with the heaviest snow along and east of the James River.
